Charlie and Cynthia Witt opened Woodburn in 1980 with one goal: to provide high-quality personalized real estate service to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. Cynthia has continued the business since Charlie’s retirement in 2010 and is available to assist you with all your real estate needs.
Woodburn is located in an historic carriage house in the heart of Olde Dover. With four full-time agents, we can list your residential property or help you find the home of your dreams. We also deal with building lots and vacant land. Property management services are offered to landlords and tenants.
Cynthia is a long-time resident of Dover and has been active in regional musical organizations for many years. She is currently a member of the Holy Cross Bell Choir. She holds the GRI, ABR and ABRM designations from the National Association of Realtors. She has served as an officer and committee member/chairman of the Kent County Association of Realtors throughout her real estate career.
